A Youngstown woman learned her destiny on Thursday for a fatal accident in which she led an SUV while she was drunk more than three times the legal limit.

Kyashi Madison, 29, was sentenced to 20-24 years in prison on charges of aggravated vehicular murder, three counting of aggravated vehicular aggression, endanger children and guiding under the influence.

Madison said he was guilty before six of the eleven accusations presented against her after August 16, 2023, who killed a 19 -year -old woman on the East side of Youngstown.

According to police reports, the accident occurred shortly after 9:30 pm at the intersection of Victor and Commonwealth. The level of alcohol in Madison’s blood was recorded as .255 when the Yukon GMC SUV was driving hit the side of a chevrolet cobalt.

Denasia Douglas, a passenger of the rear seat of cobalt, was transported to the hospital where he later died of his wounds. The police relationship also indicated that several children and children were in the SUV with Madison. All four young people have undergone slight injuries.
